would definitely go again
The room was nice and spacious, with a tv, electric kettle, and hairdryer. There's a private bathroom with free toiletries and good heating. It even had a wardrobe. The host was super nice. The location was super convenient for the NEC and shops. Great breakfast too!

Everything seemed excellent, hospitable staff, immaculate rooms. The bed was very comfy and there were central heating, an iron/ironing board and a work desk. Hotel's food was brilliant and there is Bengal Brasserie close by.

I had a great stay at Annora House! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location was perfect for my event, just a short walk to the station. Only downside was some noise from the family, but overall, a cozy spot!

The quiet location offers a peaceful retreat, ideally situated just a one-minute walk from the train station. The proximity to the NEC is a definite perk for event-goers, ensuring you won't have to trek too far to get to your destination.
While the tranquility is nice, it can be a double-edged sword. You'll find limited options for late-night food, as local shops and takeaways tend to close around 11:30 PM. the relative lack of nearby shops could leave you wanting if you need anything after hours, and this could be particularly inconvenient on a Saturday night.

The room was very clean and super comfortable, with a big bed that was a dream to sleep in. Showers were great, too! I loved how quiet it was, even being at the front of the house. Andy was a nice host, always around if needed but gave us space. The parking was easy, a plus since I had my car with me.

Everything was lovely, and the wifi was good. The location was excellent, conveniently close to Berkswell, exhibitions, a train station, a pub. I enjoyed supper with drinks at the nearby Revolucion de Cuba. The bedroom was modern and bright, and the breakfast-with plenty of veggie options-was gorgeous, with so much to choose from.

Couple's retreat with a twist
After arriving, we had a good chat with Andy, he. The full English breakfast was superb, specially liked how they let you choose how you want your eggs cooked.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still a fair value for what you get.
